How to Measure Your Foot at Home

Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor, with one edge against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall and your weight spread evenly on both feet.
Ask someone to mark a line on the paper at the tip of your longest toe.
Measure the distance from the wall edge to the line.
Add 3 to 5 mm (0.3 to 0.5 cm) for toe room.
Compare the final number with the foot length columns in the chart above and choose the matching size.
